Operation method:

4. Check whether the circuit is normal, turn on each circuit switch, generally the equipment does not respond, the inverter power indicator is on, the assembly line running indicator is off, the display panel is normal, and the fault code or error code appears.
5. According to the conveying capacity of the equipment, the staff should not touch the moving parts of the assembly line. During the operation of the assembly line, non-professional operators should not touch the control elements and electrical buttons, and strictly follow the regulations in the design of the conveyed items.

(3) Secondary maintenance
This level of maintenance is mainly based on operation work and cooperates with maintenance work.
